With interest rates rising and a soft housing market, Huntington wanted to try and increase their number of home equity loans. We planted some ideas in the minds of homeowners by illustrating some ways a loan could help improve their home. This simple yet powerful campaign achieved almost instantaneous results. Interactive mortgage calculators on web banners and the Huntington website also helped bring this idea alive online. Users were able to slide a scale changing the amount they'd like to borrow and watch the size of a deck or pool get bigger or smaller.
